It is common that when they visit us, there are some doubts about how we work, what rules we can have, or what is the operation of a management company like ours. These are some of the questions that our clients ask us most frequently. If you can’t solve your questions here, please ask us your doubts by contacting us directly.

When a reservation is made on our website, we charge 30% of the total as a deposit. This deposit serves as an insurance policy to guarantee the client that their reservation is confirmed. 

If the reservation has been made on our website the deadline for cancellation is the day before arrival. If the reservation is made within 24 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the reservation has been made under the condition of “non-refundable”, no refund will be made in any case.

We have a fixed reception located at Calle 31 de Agosto #32. Here you will find a member of our team who will give you the keys and give you, if you need it, some more information about your apartment and the city.

If you are going to arrive outside of our opening hours, don’t worry, we can leave the keys in a key holder at the entrance of our building, and send you the codes so you can pick them up.

No. Since we are in the heart of the Old Town, we do not have private parking. However, there is a public parking lot 5 minutes away on foot where the price is 25 /24h.

All rooms and properties have wi-fi, as we understand that it is essential nowadays. In addition, many of our clients come from abroad and we understand that your data plan may not include roaming. Most of the time, you will find the password on a sticker on the TV.

All rooms and properties have included bedding and towels. We have a laundry service that takes care of preparing each space for the arrival of our customers.

The check out time is 11:00 am. This ensures that our cleaning team has enough time to clean and tidy the space before the arrival of the next guests.

Whether you check in before our opening hours or need to store your luggage after the check out, we have a small locker at Pension de la Calle 31 de Agosto #32 where you can leave your luggage until you need it. For this, you must let us know in advance, as we will give you specific instructions on how to access the building and the locker.

In spite of being animal lovers, we are forbidden access to rooms with pets, as they can sometimes pose a risk to the order and maintenance of the space as well as to the rest of those around us. This rule of course has the exception of service animals, which are essential for those who accompany them.

The laundry service is in charge of leaving all the properties and rooms ready after the departure of the guests. Only in certain exceptions will cleaning be done during the guests’ stay.
